Announcing the Dreaming and Scheming Circle!
The Dreaming & Scheming Circle is as you might imagine a space for my paid community to come together to dream and scheme how we want to walk through this journey called life. It is rooted in the idea that our souls are here for a reason bigger than ourselves and that every single thing we do even the mundane is sacred and deserves reverence and intentionality.
Each month we will gather together around a seasonally based theme and dream into what that looks like in our inner worlds. Then, we will scheme together to take aligned actions in our outer worlds. These actions are reciprocal and life-affirming for all beings human and non-human, starting with ourselves and working our way out into the web of life.
This circle is not about me “teaching” although a little of that may happen. It is not a hierarchy. It is a synarchy where we share wisdom and learn from each other because we all have wisdom and lived experience. What I am here to do is to provide a safe and sacred space and enough structure without rigidity to tap into your wisdom and the wisdom of a circle and collective.
For those who don’t know me well, I have facilitated wisdom sharing circles and councils for over 20 years with a focus on creating safe and sacred space for all involved. In addition I am a ritualist and ceremonialist, particularly focused on the seasonal cycles, life stage transitions and crossing thresholds. These things are woven together in Deep time. Also, I root things in joy, fun, humor, play and not taking ourselves so fucking seriously even when we are working deeply. Because wise elder wisdom says life is a cosmic joke and we’ve been there, done that with just about everything. If we keep waiting for some external source to get us out of the shitstorm we will be waiting a very long time. It’s up to us and we may as well have fun doing it.
The support I receive from subscribers here allows me to give back to young adults and elders in my community through mentoring for I Could Be and sharing of inter-generational wisdom and the elevation of Grandmother/Grandfriend voices for the Grandmother Collective as a volunteer chair on their Story Gathering committee. I also give back through my primary business Maven and Sage Consulting to those women in need who would like mentoring but cannot afford it. Because it is a core value of mine that mentoring, coaching and soul companionship should not just be reserved for the privileged.

Who see the us vs them narrative as an illusion even when we disagree with someone, yet will not play with those set on oppression and repression. We walk as example and still have boundaries. We are also not here to change anyone’s mind but to plant seeds of different perspectives.

Here’s what it includes:
Monthly theme based gatherings on Zoom 1st Monday of the Month- see below for themes and dates. These will be recorded. Each month there will be wisdom sharing on this theme, a time to dream, vision, reflect for each other and claim an aligned action that you will take that month. There will also be an intuitively chosen animal guide, plant spirit and a Mystic whose wisdom we will bring in. (These will be a surprise….can’t tell you everything, that’s no fun!)
Monthly journal prompts and chat based on the theme
Book recommendations, quotes, podcasts and resources. I was a librarian in a past life I am sure of it.
Seasonally themed guidance on energies, intentions, rituals and ways of being in harmony with that season
In addition, Founding Members receive One 1:1 Mentorship session, Group Mentorship once per quarter, and a featured guest interview post and promotion of your work in the world
Whatever else my Muse dreams up, I only know what I know today. Who knows what I will know tomorrow.
My goal is to guide people and be a way shower to living and leading from their innate wisdom, catalyze their gifts, skills and talents, and bring soul and life affirming energy to their ideas. It is through doing this in a collective format that we live fulfilled, emergent and joyful lives in all the spaces and communities that we inhabit.
